Doodle4Google State Champion from Concord

Concord freshman Vasu Jayanthi won the Doodle4Google competition for the state of Delaware! She is now in the running for a national award, and your votes can help her win. Students were asked to create a doodle that told the world "What makes me... me." Vasu's doodle (above) depicts her family, hobbies, ambitions, and achievements. To vote, go to google.com/doodle4google. It is in the Grades 8-9 category and is titled "Fifteen Years of Me."

The Google logo is replaced by a Doodle many days of the year, usually for a historical event that took place on that day. The Doodle4Google competition winner's artwork will be displayed on the Google homepage for one day, and the winner will receive other prizes as well.
